Even though I grew up riding motorbikes, I never really was a big adventurer. Pat and I are more of home bodies, but after watching a documentary called Long way around and Long way down with @charleyboorman and Ewan McGregor I realized that there was so much to see in my own backyard. Pat and I are planning several short trips to explore central Texas. This weekend we are heading to Fredericksburg for the Renewable energy round up. This will be the longest ride for me driving my own bike. We are also training for a long ride to Carlsbad Caverns in November for our anniversary. This is about a 500 mile trip. This really scares me but after watching those shows, I realize I must over come my fear and be an adventurer. I know this sounds silly, but I feel that life is passing by and I am just sitting at home watching it. You can always join us in our adventures. :)
